Do you license the CrunchIt source code?

Yes. We can license parts (like .ZIP or .SFX support) of CrunchIt or the entire codebase. The software is written in C/C++ and is based on a clean and efficient object oriented design. How do I encrypt files?

It's easy. You set a password (Tools > Password) and then add files to your ZIP file. If you want, you can encrypt each file with a different password.
