When describing a problem, try to be as specific as possible. For instance, "I'm getting an error message in product X" does not help much. However, the following does: "Every time I perform action Y, I am seeing problem Z." Ideally, we need a description that allows us to duplicate the problem here. Warranty information
All software purchased directly from NSC comes with a 1 year warranty unless otherwise stated on the product page. This includes support for five incidents, and updates/patches to the software. If you have purchased NSC software from a reseller, other terms and conditions may supercede NSC's policies.
