When describing a problem, try to be as specific
as possible. For instance, "I'm getting an error
message in product X" does not help much. However, the
following does: "Every time I perform action Y,
I am seeing problem Z." Ideally, we need a
description that allows us to duplicate
the problem here. Therefore, as much information
as you can provide us about your computer and
its configuration is helpful.

Warranty information
All software purchased directly from NSC comes with a
1 year warranty unless otherwise stated on the product page. This includes
support for five incidents, and updates/patches to the software. If you
have purchased NSC software from a reseller, other terms
and conditions may supercede NSC's policies.
